Peter Jakobs, Megan and I hiked to Jumbo Pass today. This area is in the Purcell Mountains of British Columbia.
There is a long (and at times rough) forestry service road that must be driven to the trailhead. This keeps the crowds at bay, although we did see several other hikers on this beautiful day.
At the pass, we took a relaxing break at the newly revamped Jumbo Pass Hut, before returning the same way.
