Megan, David and I went to Kootenay National Park and hiked Stanley Glacier Trail today. The area sports fantastic scenery, a cool bat cave, a tranquil creek and an azure-blue glacier.
When Megan and I had been there before, it was either winter and we were snowshoeing, or it was summer, but we didn't hike up this high right to the toe of the glacier. This was quite an experience!
