A mix of weather on this one, but a very enjoyable day as Megan, Clayton and I headed off for the Volcano Ridge-Surveyor's Ridge-Mt. Ware loop. An elk carcass early in the trip promped us to keep alert for bears that may be in the area. After Surveyor's Ridge, sunny weather prevailed and only one tick appeared....on Megan..ha! Credit to Clayton for photo 8 & 9.
