We had nice weather again this morning for the grunt up to Wiwaxy Gap. The Huber Ledges offered interesting hiking along ledges and plateaus. The Yukess Ledges were likewise very entertaining, but some thunder and a brief hailstorm moved in during the afternoon. Then, as often is the case, sunshine followed for a beautiful evening. Just as the three of us moved around the group campfire, everyone left and went to bed (did we smell that bad?). Megan, Clayton and I enjoyed the campfire all to ourselves, and we even saw a marten at the campsite, just as the last of the daylight was sinking away.
