I really enjoyed this hike in Waterton Lakes National Park. The plant life is quite different than the coniferous forest I am used to in the rest of the Rockies, and the weather was just ideal.
Clayton and I enjoyed the non-stop scenery and with most trails in the area still closed due to the Kenow wildfire last year, we saw relatively few people.
The summit had some of the most brazen chipmunks we had ever encountered, but they made for interesting pictures.
