This was a nice snowshoe in great conditions to Island Lake, not far from Corral Creek on the Bow Valley Parkway near Lake Louise.
We got to the lake and hiked out to the small island that gives it its name, then returned to shore and hiked around the lake before following our entry route back to the vehichle.
