The three of us went for a hike up Mt. Kent North in Kananaskis today. Early on, the weather deteriorated and the chilly temperatures kept our summit stay short.
Back down at lower elevation, we found a nice spot in the sun to have a very relaxed lunch.
A creekbed choked with deadfall forced us to re-evaluate our chosen direction of travel. We turned 90 degrees to the right, bushwacked up a steep forested slope for 15 minutes or so, and re-gained the trail back to the parking lot.
